KOREAN TRADEMAK & BARCODE
Clients who need to apply for a trademark worldwide can consider applying for one in Korea initially. Clients can get the trademark approved by KIPO in as short as 7 months. After obtaining the trademark in Korea, clients can apply for a worldwide trademark through the Madrid system using the Korean trademark as a basis. 
KOREAN TRADEMARK REGISTRATION PROCESS

STEP 01
The client provides us with the desired trademark name or brand design.

STEP 02
We check whether the trademark can be used in Korea, then provide feedback.

STEP 03
We sign a contract with the client.

STEP 04
The client provides the necessary materials and makes the full payment.

STEP 05
Processing begins. The client receives the application document within 1-2 weeks.

STEP 06
7-12 months after the application has been filed, the client receives the Certificate of Trademark Registration.

STEP 07
If the trademark application is rejected, we will repeat the application process once free of cost or reimburse the clients for 15% of the total contracted fee.

The apllicant as a natural person should provide a photocopy of your ID card. The applicant as a company should provide a photocopy of the business license as well as a photocopy of the legal representative's ID card.
